hi,

i play caplab with subsidary dlc for a while,
i find the governance side a bit confusing.

when i buy more then 50% of shares. it says you take control of company..b
but the management still controls it as i dont have any options..to control the ceo.
usually it wont be long before he issues a whole lot of new shares..

this should not be possible?is there a way to change this?
the ai ceo is usually watered themself to the point where a meeting would be the legal owner.
maybe a new cool feature?

You will have more options to control the subsidiary company when you have acquired 75% of the company's shares.
