I was using a MOD and was trying to research Smart Phone. It needs touch-screen-tech, GPS-navigation and Mobile-user-tech. The problem is that Mobile-user-tech isn't in the list of R&D Tech. I thought it was a problem with the MOD's I was using so deleted all of the MOD's and started with just a normal game. I found out that it isn't even in a normal game with the Digital Age dlc. The other two are there but the Mobile-user-tech isn't there. The problem isn't with the MOD's, it's with the actual Digital Age dlc itself. Could it have been because of the patch we had a few weeks ago?

How are we supposed to know that? It doesn't say that anywhere in the R&D tech lists. Is there a research tree tech FAQ so we know this?

I would recommend that the MOD creator mentions this in the MOD's main post.
