I've noticed that in my furniture shops, The latest units are not selling nor either they train.

It is not a bug.. Please note the utulisation bar which in dark orange color..

I saw your utulisation is 0 % , meaning it will not increase under any training..

And also your store already sell more than demand , therefore you will unable increase further anymore..

Try to sell 2 - 4 product, the training will increase along as demand and supply

Sorry to say ... but it's not about that' I'ts happening with every single furniture shop. I will attach an image after 8 years of FULL training.

As kie said, your level only increases with use/utilization.
As some of your pruchasing/sales units are not selling anything, they are not trained and the level does not increase.

In some shops, the training level increases for all shops as they are all selling items

OK, but i can't make in such a way that the utilization will be spread to all units ? Let's say that i sell 40 units, and i want every unit to sell 10 units (same product).

Unfortunately not in the same one shop, until demand increases.
The only way is to have multiple shops.
