Capitalism 2 and Capitalism Lab Forum

I don't know if this is a technical issue but I got enough money to found a new city but I'm having some trouble with actually seeing it grow and develop, visually. Unlike the default cities I do not see any housing and other buildings grow up in the spaces, even with the zones set up.

Is this normal?

The dev team will work on improving this.
