World Map and rename cities in City Economic Simulation DLC

Hi just wondering if there is a way to bring back the world map in the CES DLC? Also is there a way to edit city names or create cities like in the base game by editing the script?

It is moddable. The file to mod is Fictional_Cities.DBF under \MOD_KIT\DATA.

I edited it then when I played it everything before the last name I entered is garbled.
