It is still in progress. The dev team recently worked on the new post-release beta version 5.7.00. Now that the patch has been released, the focus is back on the Banking DLC.

I need bonds to hedge against a recession.

In real life, bonds are generally only issued in certain quantums. I think $100mm is a good minimum for publicly traded bonds.

Loans should be available in any size, but they should have a floating interest rate.
