Yes this is going to be awesome, and I would like to do the same for personal fund as well.

For the banks can you guys add the ability for each bank branch or Corporation to have a early termination policy/fee (% of withdraw) for early withdraw from time deposits?

I believe they already have that. You basically forfeit all accrued interest that it would have earned when you withdraw early.

Something in addition. Not only losing interest but also a % of withdrawal amount.

Are the interests always going to be profitable?

As of now, in reality where I live, most of the interest rates are behind inflation growth, making savings earnings less than the devaluation the money faces.
Some say you 'lose' money which is a little far-fetched, but it is however true the whole value of your saved money progressively lowers compared to inflation-indexed capital in such conditions.

Really looking forward to this. Hope depositing money into a competitor's bank is insured by the govt or something and doesn't just vanish if the company goes bankrupt.

What happens if the bank goes bankrupt is there some sort of deposit insurance like the FDIC or will we have bank runs?

If the bank goes bankrupt, the customers will lose all their deposits.
