[RealWorld] Factory internal sale

Hi, whenever there is a new product invented/released by my own corp, the sales unit in my factor of that product automatically changed to internal sale. My corp doesn't own any retail (all in my subs and AI) so it make me lost market share silently. I have hired a COO and set never change the internal sale. Anyone has the same issue?
