-Ability to rent out space instead of purchase (not just for franchisee business but game wide)
-Ability to force a layout on franchisee but the flexibility to change (contracts) which factors/warehouses they can purchase from
-Franchisee UI which allows you to set things just as % of gross revenues that goes to Franchisee company
-Any specialty retail building can be set to a franchisee
-Ability to initiate an upgrade/renovation of franchisee locations where either the franchisee pays the entire cost or a split that the franchisees are forced to pay.
-Ability to buy back franchisees at a premium

This is a feature I always wanted and the Banking DLC would be great place to introduce it.

I would love this and also add instead of internal sale have a Group wide button in settings when managing ceo's instead of having to go to every farm and factory and enable for group

I would like the ability to disable internal sales but only allow companies within the market (city) of the supplier to buy product. When I do farms, I build farms in every city and would like the ability to be able to sell excess supply wholesale (via warehouses) to 3rd parties without the risk of them exporting the product to another market.
