Convertible loans and junk bonds

Im not able to borrow money for a company that is loosing money. In the real world for a company that is listed on the stock exchange this is not so realistic, since loans that can be converted to stocks at a set price is usually avilable. Junk bonds may be available if the economy is good. Also in real world it is usually always possible for a company to issue new stocks if the issue price is much lower than par. To balance the game perhaps there should be a feature that when your ownership drops below say 20 or 10% you must get permission from a board of directors for certain actions
