Defense Industry DLC

Government contracts for services, supplies, and equipment. Develop specialized equipment for military. Sell commercial items to fill military needs.
So... just a mod?
If you have a dlc suggestion. It is nice to give some more information than this.
There are already mods that add "arms and weapons"
I'm not saying that your idea is wrong. But if you want Enlight to make an actual mod for this.
You have to sell your idea to the community (figuratively speaking)
The community have to discuss this and eventually buy it.
There are so many idea's for DLC (Hotel DLC, Movie studio and TV network DLC, Gigafactory and complex production chain DLC, Transportation DLC, Service industry DLC, Banking and Financial DLC, Tourism DLC)
All have support from the community, And why. Becease the some of the idea's are complete books of technical details, requests and other idea's.

So if you want this. put some more effort in your idea.
