I would like to suggest that you can make automatic the market price for real state, I mean, I build but I have to be clicking auto price in every one of them, If I want to go massive thats a pain in the ass.

The latest post-release beta version v4.5.24 has the following improvement:

The default method for setting rental prices for apartments and commercial buildings is now the market rate method. In addition, when you change this setting for any apartment or commercial building in the game, it will become the default setting and new apartments and commercial buildings that you build subsequently will follow it.
