How do I get a beta code?

How can I aquire a beta code to test the game?
Also when can I buy a pre order im dying to play?
I have the beta but can only play for 2 minutes before im disconnected:(
EDIT: Something I would love to suggest would be fast food stores because it is such a massive industry!

We will look into the problem. Could you please answer these questions?
1) What error message did you get when you were disconnected?
2) What's the username you used for registering CapLab beta account?
3) Did you get disconnected every time when you tried to play the game?

I don't have a registered Caplab account because I need a code for it, but I can still play the game for up to 10 minutes before it disconnects me
