Capitalism lab without base game,Will I miss any feature ?

Aside form Multiplayer and tutorial.
The Capitalistic Campaign which contains 20 scenario games is in Capitalism 2 only.
On the other hand, Capitalism Lab has its own unique scenarios, which you may view at http://www.capitalismlab.com/scenario-games.html
By the way, Capitalism Lab now has a tutorial system, which is essentially the same as Capitalism 2's.
