Since the latest update I have the problem go the utilization at the stores never above 50% despite the fact that the demand exceeds the supply by far.

Could you fix it please?

We will investigate the problem.

Could you please provide us with your save game file and let us know the following?
1) Which firm has this problem? You may provide a screenshot showing the firm's name.
2) If your savegame uses a MOD, please let us know the name of the MOD and the MOD's version number.

You can find save game files of Capitalism Lab from:
C:\Users\<your user name>\Documents\My Games\Capitalism Lab\SAVE

You may email the save game file to us at info@enlight.com.

I have a test game has the same issue, no mod at all, with latest release 3.5.04

Only one store in one city, and I balance the frozen chicken, so the supply from farm is plenty, and the supply/demand in the retail store is exactly match. I think only sales unit is affected with this problem. Although at one time I saw the utilization rate go up to 53%, but equalized later, hovering around 47% to 50%, the utilization rate seems to immediately drops and goes back up.

I have this as well. I expect sales utilization to always be 100 if in a store you have one purchasing unit with highest supply leading to one sales unit with highest demand, and both units are trained equally.
