Subsidary Companies: Human Players set for sale

I know the AI is ultimately in control of the company and it can override the Human Players desires if its delegated as a merger of a firm, however, when a human player hits For Sale the AI should not be able to override it. I don't want to manage a firm just because I want to sell it.
