Media firms budget and Pricing is still changed by CEo of the sub even though i m set as firm manager

CEO's still put up firms for sale over n over again, even if i manage them myself. might not be that big of a problem if its just shops / factories but media firms usually change hand quickly, therefore its annoying to check every 10 days all media firms and once a month thousands of firms if they are up for sale again.

lately the ceo's even stop to purchase their own goods and leave the shops running empty even if their factories are only 30% utilized or they order competitors goods instead (those shops have ceo's as manager and i let them choose from any supplier but quality of the goods is about the same as the competitor and supply of competitor is overstretched) andd still usually 1 product per shop.

content development budget is permanently dropped down as low as 500k / month no matter how often i change it back to max. impossible to build up proper quality of content and therefore rating

cpm prices are permanently changed too. cant make a proper income when its switching up to $5 dollar on a newspaper and then back to as low as $1.70. would i ve the stations in main corp with a steady price like i had it in many games, the revenue would be steady maxed out and therefore supporting the high content budget.

once in a while they set them up for sale like any other firm.

as i restructure shops while held by the subs they constantly put them up 4sale (i.e. in apple i did restructure 6 department stores to cheese stores and 2 of them were set up 4sale whilest they were allready pulling profit and I was the manager of those shops)

shops i let them manage themself prefer competition goods over their own goods produced in their very own factories even though the competition factories are overstretched and like goodyears 2 out of 3 powder factories are less then half utilized, they keep canceling the purchase of their own goods and leave the shops run empty no matter how often i renew the links.

same with the matches of Daimler, they dropped allready from a total of over 5million units to less then a million. profit marge for the shops is near 100% therefore that cant be the problem. they just dont use those factories that are hardly utilized instead they switch those products for totally overstretched products and usulally go down to 1 product per shop sometimes 2 products. by over 250 shops left in my subs there should be every single of the roughly 50 factories overstretched. but they arent. only those with supply issues are.

also training budget of firms where i am the manager are being changed by the ceo. looks like it doesnt matter who is firm manager, ceo does overrule the firm manager permanently.

hope i didnt forget anything rewrote this 4 times now because of the file didnt upload on this board and trying to upload did always delete the whole content written

1more issue:
seting up a water well with subsidiary ... adding 5 extraction 1 inventory and 3 sales units. every new day 1 extraction, the inventory and 1 sales unit is gone ... i add again ... next day gone again thats $1.150.000 write offs every single day.
transfering the water well to my main corp ... setting it up again and let it run in maincorp works fine... the moment i transfer back to apple the next day the CEO deletes 1 extraction unit, 1 sales unit and the inventory unit rendering the whole firm useless as nothing gonna go from extraction to sales as the inventory is removed and the best is ... I am the manager of the firm but CEO still fucks it up

Our programmers have fixed the above problems and the next patch will include the fixes.

I loaded your save game and your shops seem to be all buying Powder from suppliers with decent supply. Attached is a screenshot. Perhaps you could tell me the name of the shop which is doing a poor job picking the supplier and I could look at it.

Please specify which stores are having this problem and which products they are buying that have the supply problems.

This will be fixed in the next patch as well.

regarding the supply, i had changed it allready back to the own factories before you requested a savegame and for the matches, well the supermarkets did sell other overstretched goods instead of selling the matches.
i discontinued the game after i couldnt find any solution on the mines/wells issue therefore i didnt had a chance to monitor this further ;p

btw yesterday i had a ctd on starting a new game whilest on the "starting new game...." screen. dumpfile is still existent in case you want it

We have just released v3.1.03D. Please try it and see if the issues are resolved properly.

Regarding the CTD, since the game version you were running is the normal non-debug version, the dump file does not contain the necessary data for effective debugging. If the problem persists, please let me know and we will prepare a special debug version of the EXE for your testing.
