Bug?: Radical R&D not shawn when filter by in production

On the Corporate Detail > Tech screen when you filter by "In Production" it doesn't show radical R&D research efforts.

I tested it and it worked okay. Please see the attached screenshot.

I have regular R&D of Shampoo (2 year) and a radical R&D of Shampoo (1 year). So I think it only showed one of the two.
