DLC Support after release

What's the thoughts on the DLCs once they are released and a customer pays $9.99 is that it? Or will there be improvements to the DLCs or DLC upgrade packs for say $3.99 that introduces new functionality? Or is it the DLC and that's it?
The subsidiary DLC I think is solid and would be better if the missing features I've posted about were added to it. Since we're a few months from release I think it's doable before moving on to the next DLC.
