I would love to see conditions on mergers say if I owned 54% of the company I could negotiate with the shareholder that has enough share to make up 75% you could have a few things your willing to do to get the merger over the line

Take on the company name your merging with- this would be great if they have a awesome brand but bad if they have a crap brand and it could go bad

Automatic hire of the CEO as COO after merger - they would also have a stupid salary for X amount of years and doesn't always mean they will do the best for the company

You can not close down any firms from the newly merged companies for a set period X amount of years - this will be someone who is passionate about the employees but wont allow you to make Synergies and improve productivity

merge to a division and you must keep that company brand and name for X amount of years

I made a suggestionon us being able to change the compaNY name for a fee without a merger. I would like to see being able to use a mix of cash and stock before this idea is implemented.

As for this idea I think the best way to do this is to have the option to set merger goals (further gameifcation) where the game analyzes both companies and set goals for after X years. if the goals are meet the acquiring company gets a bonus and points. Some of these goals could be player settable but the reward would be determined by the game.....maybe even give the ceo, coo or all executives a personal bonus as well.
