Bug/Missing Label? - Stop Supply with H

So I was in one of my supermarkets adjusting the training budget, once I was done I decided to go to the HQ (no reason really) and I pressed H and I saw that the store stated "Supply Stopped". I hovered over the "Stop Purchase" button and its info simply says you use it to stop purchase....I hovered over supplier and it showed description + showcut key.
Therefor
1. I don't think H should be the shortcut key for stop purchase
2. The Stop Purchase is missing its short cut labeling
