Postive Feedback: dividend implementation

I really like how the dividend was implemented into the game especially the fact that the private company can issue pay out a dividend. At the start which I think consist of the first 20 years I always have an issue with identifying my salary as Chief Executive Officer now I will just adopt a 5% dividend as my compensation or as its known in the real world a $1 salary lol.
