Are you already aware of this?

Once my R&D's are finished an empty message comes up in the news log:
(Ver 3.0.22B, no MODs)

yup same here on 3.0.22D
research messages are missing on own research
savegame as requested anjali10 is july/15th/1917, 10 days before R&D finishes

This bug will be fixed in the next patch v3.0.23.
