What do you mean exactly?

I think tx0088 means that stadiums should become a type of service business, which, in my opinion, is a great idea. For example, you could develop a system which allows setting budget for the owned sports team (via stadion), hire talents (in a similar way like the new approach to R&D in the game) etc. And in return get some revenue/profit from the stadium attendance and increase brand rating of the company.

+1 even if we sponsor stadiums, be able to pay to get company names on the city stadium it should help with publicity and branding!
