I have set the dividend to a certain percentage but at the end of the year, no payout happens.

Is the company profitable? It only pays dividends when there is a profit.

i have the same problem here, and FYI my company is profitable too

and btw i have some issues too, in almost every game i played mine pictures of silica or timber has problem, sometimes picture of a person or star symbol appears instead of raw material pic, thank you

1) Are you using any MOD?

2) Does the problem happen to Timer and Silica only and there are no problems with other product types?

3) Which version of the game are you using? You can see the version number on the top right of the main menu.

4) There are various screens where the product images are displayed. On which screens the problems occur? Could you send me a screenshot showing the problem?

I can confirm that in my last game on version 2.7.17, the image for Silica was a pile of logs, and that setting a Dividend rate resulted in no dividend payments. The dividend yield displayed for my company's shares remained zero regardless of what I set the Payout Ratio to be, and no money changed hands.

When I started a new game, I found that the Silica graphic was correct, but that Timber now displayed the image of a white crystal. This occurred in every location where an image for Timber would be shown. On a Resource node, in a Seaport, in the "Manufacturer's Guide", and the Product Summary page.

edit: I see that there have been releases since 2.7.17, and so I will get up to date and confirm no further such problems.
