Feedback and suggestions

First of all I would like to thank the Enlight team for keeping up with great work. I am very happy with the new features introduced in beta version of the DLC. I do have several suggestions, though:
1) When creating subsidiary I am supposed to appoint CEO of the new company. Why is the player not allowed to choose themself as the CEO, at least while the subsidiary company is 100% private? I would really like to use the feature to organize the company and specialize subsidiaries on certain markets or market segments, and I cannot do this if for each and every subsidiary I have to pay CEO, which unrealistically expects salary of 10+ million (I tried to create subsidiaries with capital of around 10-20 million).
2) I think the player should, at least optionally, be allowed to interfere with the individual firms' 3x3 layouts in every subsidiary (regardless if it is 75%+ ownership or not). In my experience so far, AI CEO does not manage subsidiary firm I build very well. For example AI keeps all of the factories I build empty and after years of losses he closes them. I would prevent this from happening if I could chose what the factory will produce, but often I do not have sufficient control over the company. And if a company is subsidiary I believe I should have this kind of control regardless of the concrete percent of shares owned.
3) I believe subsidiary status of a public company in the game should be achieved (at least optionally) as soon as 10%+ of the company is owned, provided that there are no individual investors or other companies owning a larger stake. In real world for, for large, publicly traded companies, that would probably be enough to establish control over a company if all the other individual investors have insignificant ownership.
4) It would be great, and would make it possible to do more company acquisitions in the game if the player was allowed to purchase more than 5% of shares held by public at once. I suggest you add the option to buy as much "'public shareholders" shares a player wants at once, perhaps with certain premium over market stock price in case it is more that 5%, height of which could be determined before the game starts and which could influence the difficulty level. The same goes for selling, I would like to be able to quickly dispose of the subsidiary I no longer want under my control. The way it is now, while I sell 5% by 5% I lose unrealistically lots of money and/or time; perhaps I could sell all at once at certain discount, height of which could also be determined at the beginning of the game.
5) There should be an option for AI CEO of subsidiary to prevent him to expand in certain cities (just as there is an option to prevent expansion in certain industries).
6) It would really be great if I could see my subsidiary from the first person perspective (just like I see the parent company), not only as a different company (in game I too often make mistake with the existing system and build new firm with parent company instead with the subsidiary). I guess this one is too difficult to implement technically, but I think it would be great addition. For example there could be some sort of a button which switches you from position of CEO of parent company to CEO of subsidiary, or something like that.
7) Player should be allowed to establish a subsidiary with his own personal funds as well.
8) Finally, stock options, as a way to pay for executives would be a really nice addition, but as with previous idea, I am sure it would probably be difficult to implement.
Thank you again for keeping up with upgrading and developing this brilliant game!
