I'm playing capitalism since the beginning and i ever saw the AI to think almost as a human (i know it is a computer), but, this week i was working and i start creating a new subsidiary, buy if I just want that my CEO just work on a selected product it does not do anything and the money start dropping because the salaries. I put back to normal so it can create retail or whatever they want to do and does not do anything.

Another thing is that I have a company and hire a COO and I need to still work on the retail because the bad management of the COO, also doing nothing.
I really would like to see an AI that work great for the expensive salary that we are paying. I would like to set up a company that will just be in the automotive industry and nothing else.
Can anyone say if something similar is happening to you?

I have similar issues. It looks like the team has not yet optimized new ai function.

Yes, they does not. also i am having this other issue, when i try to hire a COO if i making like 35 million then the COO ask a salary around 33 Million with no experiences, if the COO have experience it will ask 75 million, that's absurd. Then if I hire it, it start asking for salary increase, that’s make more difficult to hire personnel and maintaining all the retails is more difficult.
