Clicked financial actions to see how much of a loan i could get, then error happened.

The bug with the same error message is supposed to be fixed in V3.0.14B.
Could you please check if the patch v3.0.14B was applied successfully to your game? You can see the game's version number on the top-right of the main menu screen.
If the problem persists, please provide us with your save game file.
