Selling landplot

I'm not sure if i can sell any landplot in this game, but i would stand for this idea if it's still not be implemented.
With the zoning n political policy update's coming, it would be great to be able to purchase a cheap industrial zone then rezone it by political influence to commercial one and ultimately selling it with a very high profit margin.
err, firstly let's back to the early question, are we allowed to sell landplot in this game?
