Senior Executive raises

I'm getting multiple raise requests/yr from my executive team. This should be reduced somehow to yearly.
In my testing, I didn't find my COO asking for salary raises more often than once a year.
If the problem persists on your end, could you please provide us with your save game by posting it here as a ZIP file attachment ?
You can find save game files of Capitalism Lab from the C:\Users\<your user name>\Documents\My Games\Capitalism Lab\SAVE
