When deciding to purchase a controlling stake in a company a lot of the time I make those decisions based on their technology or their current research. The problem is even if I control the company they often will not sell their technology to me even though I am their parent corporation.

I suggest a new setting is added where the user can control if subsidiaries will sell their technology to their parents at the market rate.

I think this is much needed (and mirrors what happens IRL).
