Seaport does not sell Aluminum for the Tutorial in R&D which makes the goal unattainable since I cannot produce Refrigerator. There is also no option to open a Mine.

Actually, you are only required to manufacture Air Conditioners (not Refrigerators) in the R&D tutorial and air conditioners do not require aluminum.

One of the Main goal is Market Dominance of the Home Appliances. I can't dominate Home Appliances if I do not produce Refrigerator, right?

I am already producing and retailing Air Conditioner and Washing Machine and ranked number 1 in those product.

This has been fixed in the latest update v2.6.26.
