Error on startup after installing latest patch

Hello,
Recently installed the latest release patch and now when I start the game I immediately receive the following error message:
Error on File: .\ILIB\Indicator.cpp
Line: 52
Any suggestions as to what maybe causing this error?

This error can be caused by missing bitmap files. It is possible that your installation of Capitaliasm Lab was not successfully. I would recommend that you download the game installer and install it again.
