Freight charge break down?

I know I saw around here somewhere David showing a tool tip that appears when you hoover over freight charge. I can't see it? Was it ever added to the game? Can't find the post either.

Ah yes, see it now. It's because it doesn't pop up on the sales tab.
Is it bugged? According to this store of mine it should be 65cents but is showing as 57cents

The bug with freight charge calculation will be fixed in the update v2.5.14.

Cool. Do you know what charge I'm being hit with then? The one shown in store or the charge that's on the tool tip break down?
