Normally if my company is having a financially hard time I can shave off a few of the unprofitable businesses and move on. Now, if I acquire another company I can again, do that if I so choose.

That is not the case with on-going community buildings/sports buildings/etc. If I build a school and then ten years down the road I don't want to fund it anymore, I should be able to stop funding it just like in the real world, or I should be able to reduce my contribution towards that entity.

Also, I think they need demolish or relocate options. Sometimes it's just miss click, and other times I want to claim its land for new stores.
