There should be a process of building

In real world, we all know that factories and stores can't be built immediately, their building period usually should be 3-6 months, I think it's best to adopt a delay to simulate this process to make the capitalism world more real.

This was already addressed by David... I can't find the post but he said he prefers to have the satisfaction of setting up the factories right away and don't wait for everything to happen (like materials to get shipped)... I think he's right... it's really satisfying to build a new factory and have everything done in a minute... If I build a certain building in a city and it is ready in 3-4 monthes... late in game I might not even remember why I have built that building...
