Ideas on how to implement:

-Go to an exec who's already employed
-On the career screen click Make Offer (or Hire as COO, CMO, CTO)
-A screen popups titled "Make your offer" (maybe suggested values could be in there to make it simple as well as editable fields)
-On the offer screen you enter the starting salary your corporation is willing to offer and a % that their salary is guaranteed to increase (mini 3 years - since your poaching)
-The execs attitude towards you, or your execs attitudes towards you would play some role (formula) in rather the exec agrees to be poach.
(advised option probably for user-define scripts) ability to offer stock options.

Yes i had to do this in one of my games early in. I had to do an acqui-hire to get the companies CEO to be my COO. I think that we should be able to try to hire other companies CEO or make it easier to acquire companies like being able to make a buyout offer. Buying 75% company increases the price of the company more than double in most cases and slowly acquiring the company 5% at a time is not how real companies are acquired. Also, they need to all allow for us to not only have a company merge under our brand but also acquire and keep brand and we become CEO of the company and they become COO of the subsidiary company. It would be no different than if we were CEO and they were the COO of our parent company. Just like when microsoft bought out nokia. Microsoft keeping the nokia brand and there headquarters.

The last part comes back to enabling us to control our subsidiaries which is something that would greatly increase game play. They should require that if you keep the company brand and operate as a wholly owned subsidiary must have a COO.
