Clicking ablity stops

This usually happen later in a game for me but I will loose the ability to click anything in a store. My mouse is not the issue I am sure. Tonight it happen twice the first time it wasn't a big deal so I started a new game played for a while then I hired a COO and went to click on my image in the retail store to give him control and that was when I noticed it had happened again. I have the saved game if needed. (RV)
