OverallRatingBar is wrong for City Average

v.2.2.04
I was looking at how data is represented (in regard to Logistics, quantities, labor costs, shipping costs.) I see something that must be an error.
The Firm Overview details for Leather Wallet shows City Average of BR:21 QR:28 PR:121, which equals to the Product Detail report data. But the visual bar graph representing the data is wrong in the Firm Overview.
To briefly state the obvious, my quality of 25 is worse that the city average of 28 due to the local quality of 30. but my green bar is much bigger than theirs! It seems clear this his green bar is too small. I don't know if this is just cosmetic error, but if not the consequences would be significant.
To be specific, his size of CityAverage's bar components should be about: B:10 + Q:16 + P:5 = R:31. That is, the yellow price portion should be about 5/31 = 16% of his total. Its well over 50% tho.
Edit: I have added a shot of a Blazer that is similarly representing a worse price with a much larger price bar.
