When you enter your name for the owner of the company and start the game, the surname is always in all lower case instead of capitalising the first letter of the surname.

I use the shift key to make capital letters.

When I start a custom game it always type everything in capitals and then sorts them after but doesn't appear to change the surname.

This will be improved in the next patch.
