Restaurant Empire is the only game that I would want out of the bundle.

I buy the pre-order version and i have interest in buy the +3 or +7 package ( I think that i pay US$ 9.90 for the pre-order version).

This is not true. I think the sites you looked at could be one of those sites that offer the free trial versions where you could play the game for free for 1 hour or so and then you have to decide whether you want to buy the game or discontinue playing it.
