I have downloaded the Linux version of CL. It runs well. Now I have a question. Doesn't Wine use its own directories for the user? It always creates links to the directories in my Linux system (Documents, Pictures...).

Can I somehow prevent this?

The issue has been addressed in the new 12.0.84 version Linux installer. Please download it from https://caplab.ddev.site/run-caplab-linux/ - this page has been updated with the new download link.
