Error - Issue with Launching the game

Hi,
I am getting "Error: help info count: 1000" when I downloaded the latest 12.0 version. I unistalled and resintalled and I am still getting the same error. I even deleted the folder that is created in my games in case that fixes the issue but it has not

If I click enter, it just keeps increasing the error number at the end

Are you using a localized version?
Did you get the same error when using the English version?

I believe I am using the English version. But just to be sure I uninstalled and re-downloaded the installer as well. I am using the following link:
https://caplab.becdn.net/Capitalism_Lab_Installer.exe. I am assuming this is the english version only

Please download the new patch v12.0.72 from
https://www.capitalism2.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10647 and check whether it resolves the issue. If the error still occurs, the error message should display more info about the error. Please capture a screenshot and post it here so that we look into it.
