There are two bugs regarding the mayoral election

1.Currently, if the incumbent mayor participates in the election, the total campaign expenses are always displayed as zero. However, the approval rate is actually increasing, and campaign funds are being consumed, which appears to be a bug.

2.If you start with minimal funds, no matter how much money you have, you can only spend a maximum of 4M per month on campaign expenses in the 1995 election. This amount is too low to allow me to win the election. I believe there should be no cap on campaign funds, as this severely undermines fairness for players who start with minimal funds.

There's also an issue where the bond rating in one of my save files is stuck at D. Clearly, I have massive profits and extremely high assets (over 4000M), but the bond rating just won't improve. I'm not sure what is causing this issue. The save file has been sent to your email.

Whenever I click on the score, this save file always crashes with an error and exits. The save file has been sent to your email.
