Economy System Expanded is a mod for Capitalism Lab focused on expanding the game’s economic ecosystem through interconnected industries, production chains, technologies, and services.
The goal is to carefully select products, services, and technologies that represent the economic role of each sector within the broader ecosystem. Each expansion aims to represent strategic sectors of the economy and their key relationships, respecting the possibilities and limitations of the game mechanics.
Each new element is designed to create connections between industries, deepen production chains, and open new paths for companies to grow, specialize, compete, and integrate their operations.

Healthcare ExpansionThe Healthcare Expansion introduces a new healthcare ecosystem to the Economy System Expanded, connecting scientific knowledge, the pharmaceutical industry, medical services, and technology.
What begins with medicines and basic healthcare services gradually evolves into a more complex structure, where new industrial capabilities, medical technologies, and specialized knowledge create new opportunities and transform existing markets.
This evolution connects Pharma, Healthcare, MedTech, and AI Software across different stages, culminating in a new generation of hospital applications and showing how advances in one industry can open new markets and opportunities for others.

Sports & Entertainment ExpansionThe Sports & Entertainment Expansion expands the role of sports within Economy System Expanded, transforming it into a broader ecosystem of consumption, media, and entertainment.
What began as an expansion of the clothing industry evolved into a representation of the different ways economic value is created around sports — through consumer products, digital audiences, and major sporting events.
These activities can operate as independent businesses, while new commercial relationships allow different companies and industries to participate in the economy generated around major sporting spectacles.
