Multiple floors by store type

Hello!
I always liked the multiple floors option, but with time I came to the conlusion that for smaller shops this can feel like an exploit and things become too easy. So I think there should be an option to disable the maximum number of floors for each store type by script and by options. Along with this the setup and maintnance costs of buildings which allow multiple stores should raise significantly.
