1. My company has many in a "Savings" account and when I go to withdraw it tells me that the bank doesn't have enough cash to honor my request
2. I need to borrow about ~20-30 billion dollars unlike withdrawing a bank taking a loan requires me to sit and hold on the + for minues at a time, can we just make it a value field or at least similar to withdrawing money.

There should be some type of Fed system or "Reserve" for banks to be required to hold saving account money like the insurance company. They can invest it to earn a return but when someone wants to pull their savings there should be no the bank doesn't have cash.

Banks even when skills at 100 if training budget is set still expenses which doesn't adhere to the improvement in training budgets mechanism (i.e. R&D centers)

When you acquire a company with mall based operations should be asked if you want to max lease renewals. I keep losing stores because I hadn't had the time to look at their leases.

We probably need a lease spaced view in the menu where we can go and see and adjust our leases etc.
