Cant use VPN?

Server error. I am using VPN and i just change provider never had any problems previuosly. Any workaround for this?
I did find a workaround for this myself. I am using Surfshark and you can bypass apps not to use VPN. However my previous provider Nord i never had a problem and was able to use VPN can this be fix?

Please download the latest patch v11.0.66 which fixes this bug from
viewtopic.php?t=10200
The details:
Fixed a bug in version 11.0.65 that caused the error message that someone else is using your CapLab account. (this bug is in this particular version of V11.0.65 only and does not exist in other versions)

Thanks David i updated it and turn of the bypass and now it is working with VPN. I thought it was the VPN causing the problem.
