Brand Rating Loss

Dear all,
I downloaded the current DLC for Services and set up an only service oriented indstry, namely a bank, insurance, internet companies and telecom.
I also have several good running media companies which are linked with my service distribution companies, such as my internet companies and branches for the bank and insurance headquarters.
I experience the following: First when I set up my branches for the insurance and bank the brand rating increases fastly to 100% due to I own several media companies for advertisement. All the branches in the 7 cities I play are connected to those media companies.
The media companies invest the maximum amount into new production quality and also the expenses in my branches and companies for merchandising is set to the limit. So i spend billions of income into my own merchandising companies.
After a few years suddenly and without any reason that I can find the brand rate slowly but continuously starts to decrease to zero. It does not matter what actions I take. I changed my brand strategy from indidivudal products to product groups, as I experienced the sudden loss of my brand rating already once. This led to re-increase of my brand rating to 100%. But after some time I experience the same issues again.
My branches offer good service quality which is at least on par with my competitors or even slightly better. The waiting times are low. My bank has enough capital, so that the equity is much higher than required by the central bank. What I have to say is, that my bank makes a total loss due to the high expenses into my own advertisment companies, but it is filled up again with money so that the equity is no issue at all, I even have billions in my bank not yet provided for loans.
As mentioned, no matter what I do, the loss of my brand rating happens again and again and I can't stop it. I play the most recent version of the game.
