running beta - 11.0.40 version.
Hi. I have no DLC's running so not sure if this applies. I took control of a company and own 90% of the shares. its losing money, so I went to
When I looked into its research I noticed the icon at the op which says you can interfere, but it does nothing.

I created a new game to test it and I was able to terminate existing R&D projects of a subsidiary I control.
I noticed from the your screenshots that you didn't select any of the R&D units in the 3x3 layout. You could select a R&D unit there and see if you will see the "Terminate" button.
